Commercial commissions will be charged differently and must be mentioned first and foremost during the discussion period.

Any of my artworks are not allowed to be used for AI, NFT or any alike purposes.

You may not claim my work as your own.

You may use your artwork for personal use. Any commercial use without my agreement is not allowed.

Credit to the artist must be given on social platforms using my username whether it be personal or commercial artwork

I reserve the right to post any stage of your artwork on my social media or gallery for any reason if no NDA has been discussed in advance.

I reserve the right to decline any project or client for any reason.

I reserve the right to refund your payment if I no longer wish to work on your request for any reason.

I reserve the right to show all the working processes in public platforms unless a private request has been agreed.

All payments are done via Paypal or Ko-fi Donations.

Any type of payment without agreement in advance may not be considered as part of the commission fee, such as Twitch gift subs and donations.

I do not accept payment from a third-party person unless discussed.

Commission fee must be paid half or fully in advanced. The payment must be made within 48 hours. Any different types of payment schedules must be discussed. If any payments are not made in time, I reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the commission.

Any extra requests for the commission will result in extra fees after discussion and agreement.

You may only request a refund before the approved draft has moved on to the next stage or there are 6 months without progress on your commission.

Once a full refund is made, you will no longer have the rights to any stage of the artwork. Partial refunds can be requested through discussion and the commission can be delivered in its current stage.

Any attempt to purposefully refund the request will result in blacklisting.

You are not authorized to issue a chargeback for any reason.

Purposefully issuing a chargeback without providing notice in advance to cancel or refund a commission will result in blacklisting.

You must contact me as soon as possible for any payment error with or without your knowledge.

If the artist decides to terminate the commission for any reason, the full amount of the commission will be refunded.

The artist reserves the right to stop work and refund clients who are disrespectful or fail to provide necessary information when requested.

All commission requests may take time depending on the difficulty and the current work queue. A deadline must be provided and agreed upon in advance if you need your commission to be finished before a certain time.

Any request for a private or NDA commission will need to be done in advance.

Your approved draft will be refined again with feedback before heading towards the polishing stage. You may request extra services that will cost extra fees after discussion and agreement.

Updates will be provided regularly of up to 1 or 3 times a week depending on the deadline of the project and other commissions that I'm currently handling

You can request a WIP image at any given time or you may receive it from me if there is any update.

All illustrations will be sent as a JPEG file if they have not been requested in advance. Any need for transparent images (PNG) might need a different working process to maintain the same quality result. If you did not specify in advance, such requests might be rejected or extra cost will be charged.

All deliveries will be done through digital media. The full files for your commission request will be sent through direct message on Twitter or email provided with a google drive link if needed.

I cannot guarantee preservation of your files against technical failure or accidental loss.
